Our Story
Central Texas Decorating was founded in 2004 by Juan and Ignacio—two partners connected by trust, shared values, and family. Though not related by blood, they are each other’s children’s godfathers, a bond that shaped how the company was built. What started with a truck, a few tools, and long days on job sites became something bigger through consistency, integrity, and respect for the people working alongside them.
From the beginning, the purpose has been clear: create a place where people can grow. Growth isn’t forced or promised—it’s supported through trust, responsibility, and real opportunity. Crew members are given ownership of their work, encouraged to step up, and allowed to learn through experience. The company succeeds because the people within it are given room to succeed.
